Those "Crampy Days" and tips to make them "Un-crampy"

Hey there...again!

This blog is dedicated to girls whose red river is running and will time to time expierence very...painful ANNOYING cramps.

And if you have not expierenced any cramps or any of the "red flowing river."
You're either a late bloomer or..you're well..a boy.
And if you are a boy and reading this.
DO NOT READ THIS BOY! WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?

ANYWAYS.
Girls, I can tell you that I understand that those cramps are super annoying!
Okay I'm lying. I have not EVER expierenced any cramps before but I have had the red flowing river. And trust me, the red river is annoying enough.
So, here are some tips for all the beautiful girls out there who are stressing over their cramps to make you're cramps go away.

1. STRETCH IT OUT! It hurts at first but, after a few stretches, it'll feel better. And besides, you get to show off your stretching moves to passing by people. I'm sorry that just sounded so awkward.
2. EXERCISE! It will be a pain to move but it feels better. And you get to get rid of some unwanted pounds. Yup...or you can go on Jenny Craigs for those unwanted pounds..Iunno..
3. PUT A WARM BOTTLE OR COMPRESS ON THAT BABY HOLDER! When I mean baby holder..I meant you're stomahce..But anyways! This tip is great. I would deffinately follow this one because I wouldn't have to jog 2 rounds around a park or whatever.
4. TAKE A WARM BATH! Yeah, I like this one better. BUT! DO NOT TAKE A WARM BATH DURING YOU'RE PERIOD!

Anyways yeah!
Some great tips for keeping those cramps away.
Now that I think of it,
I wonder what it feels like to get a cramp during my period. I'd probably be like, "What the hell is in my stomahce?" but yeah.
